I will never buy this brand again. Non stick pans don’t last and with minimal use deteriorate. When “assessed” by Le Creuset they say the pan was used incorrectly I.e., too high heat was used even though I only use the pan to cook eggs on low heat. Poor quality product and even worse customer service and their lifetime warranty is a joke.

I called ahead today and they were so nice to hold one of the items for me. I went into the store and Emma gift wrapped my item as it was a present for my friend and let me check the product before she wrapped it. It is my first time shopping with Le Creuset, I'm glad I didn't order it online because I believe I will come back to the Chatswood store again. Also love the gift wrapping! Thankyou!
