HAD enough with this guy with his fake words. He gave a quote and very nice but charged a lot and when i went back with fault he just said it has no warranty and claimed that the car is too old. will never go to him

This was my first visit to Inner West Service Centre. I had decided to shop around for the 48-month scheduled service on my VW Polo, as the dealer standard price was quite expensive. I was delighted with the service I got and I saved myself almost $500 on the dealer standard price. Nick was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and highlighted for me an issue which I will need to get the dealer to fix under my extended warranty (which I can't be sure the dealer would have called out to me). Kept me updated through the process and my car was ready on time. Will definitely come back again next year!

This place offers everything you are looking for in a mechanic shop. Nick is honest, humble and overdelivers. Had my car recently checked there after another mechanical shop couldn't fix their wrongdoings and Nick took in the car on top of already booked out schedule and got it all sorted pretty quickly.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Was recommended Inner West Service Centre by a friend after a string of bad experiences with different mechanics just not seeming to care about myself, my vehicle, or taking pride in their work. I was beginning to think honest mechanics didn’t exist anymore. The service I received here could not have been more opposite, however, as the kindness and genuine care I was shown was unfathomable. Nick went to every effort, taking the time to double and triple check extra concerns I had about my vehicle, ensuring a quality job was done and that I walked away satisfied - which I 100% did. It was such a relief to end up here. I myself now cannot recommend Inner West Service Centre enough and will be going back in the future without a doubt.
