I attended the salon at Helensvale and found the staff to be friendly, courteous and considerate. The service provided has been excellent and tailored to my requirements which I really liked. I travel to the Gold Coast on a regular basis and it has taken me some time to find a beauty therapist and studio that I feel comfortable with. I now have all my treatments at Ella Bache at Helensvale with Liz. Liz always makes me welcome and listens to my concerns RE my skin. She is highly skilled and is always highly professional in her approach. I look forward to my next treatment in June.

I absolutely loved the signature facial by Jasmine, would highly recommend! She really took care of me, made me feel very relaxed, comfortable and pampered - the massage was superb! Loved the products she used on my skin, she was very knowledgeable and my skin looks and feels amazing. Thank you Jasmine!

Talisha is amazing! She has a beautiful personality and always goes above and beyond. She is ever so gentle when doing my lash lift and they always look fantastic. Highly recommend!

Soooooo professional! Talisa is amazing and my go to person for my skin care. I am so happy with the results. She's very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what she does. The receptionist is also on point and very professional and helpful.

We took our daughter to Ella Bache Helensvale on recommendation from another Mum at school. They are very hygienic and clean and the earrings were all sterile. They were encouraging with my daughter who was naturally nervous and they ensured that the earrings were placed correctly on the lobe prior to piercing. They double pierce which is a huge bonus and the whole process was done in 2 seconds. Thank you girls.

Always very professional and do an amazing job of my eyebrows ❤️ They have given me great advice and products regarding shaping my brows (I did some very harsh plucking as a teenager!) I will continue to come back as I trust their knowledge

Jasmine was very friendly and skilled. My full leg was for summer was brilliant. The warm wax was a nice temperature and the after treatment made my legs feel divinrn.The studio was very relaxing with soothing ambient mood music playing. I would definitely return. However Ijust wanted one full leg was to maintain by shaving. The wax has lasted for weeks.
