A big shout out too parisi boxing and a BIG thank you to kate and rob who take the late night classes , iv spent years and to much money on gyms with no results, thanks to theys guys after a few months im looking fitter and feeling 100% keep up the good work!!!!

Love the vibe and atmosphere of this gym. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Child friendly and family orientated gym. I have only been a handful of times so far but already feel part of the parisi family". Trainers encourage and push you to achieve your best results! So glad I joined this great gym. My kids love the kids classes too!"

I have a spinal injury and all the programs are modified to accommodate my needs, I NEVER feel abandoned or feeling unsafe and at fear of further injury.
