Not worth the money! Wanted a mani,pedi. Normally $55 but just because you get shellac polished its $90 that's not even the worst part. Don't turn the chairs on during pedi, scrubs feet of all of 2 secs and as for a mani dips my fingers in water for 10secs, shaped and painted them. No hand massage nothing. Left feeling very disapointed not worth $90! Worst mani I have ever had was totally fine thinking I was paying $55 get what you pay for I guess but not $90!

I’ve been going here for 8 years now every fortnight, always get shellac on my nails, no manicure pay $25 cash. Today it’s gone up $15 within a fortnight. $40 for just a colour no manicure? What a joke! And the girl was sniffing and coughing the whole time whilst doing my nails. I will not be going there ever again, what a rip off!

They are fantastic at there job. As I elderly at not too well they go out of their way to help me.Their customer service skills are 100 per cent. They are always happy. I have been to a lot of nail salons around Australia and indeed around the world and Friendly Nails are by far the best.

Got my nails done here on Friday, they really put time and effort in to make them look amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Im from Brisbane and this is THE best mani I’ve ever had done. The time she took to made sure my acrylics were perfectly finished was awesome. 10/10 recommend

Would not recommend, they tried to charge me $20 more to have different colours and then when I said that the shape was not right. They made me feel very uncomfortable and made me get up and pay before they would fix. Made my anxiety go through the roof and struggled to hold back my tears. I have brought a few people here over the last year and will never be back or recommend horrible service and if someone is paying hard money on something don't make them feel bad for wanting it nice. I have now got un painted nails and shapes I'm not 100% on as they made me feel uncomfortable to say anything on.
