First stop every visit. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Genuine clearance outlet, but also current lines held.

I purchased a supposedly 'premium' product, a linen sheet set, pillow cases/fitted sheet and non fitted sheet. We used the sheet set for about 14 months in total rotating with three other sheet sets we have and never washing the sheet set above 40C. About 8 months in noticed the fitted sheet was becoming quite thin looking in places, eventually it became so thin it tore. I took it into the branch I bought it from and after a lot of faff, such as being asked to come back with the entire set not just the torn fitted sheet and various promises of return calls which never materialised, I was finally told due to the length of time since purchase the sheet would neither be replaced nor would there be any sort of compensation. I did receive a call from the area manager apologizing and somewhat comically stating the item is a 'quality' product, clearly not the case as I've never had a sheet set give up the ghost in this way in what is as sheets go, a short timeframe. My in laws have linen sheet sets they have had for years from Sheridans which are still going strong. Needless to say I won't be shopping with Bed Bath and Table and have since bought a replacement linen sheet from Sheridans. They may be more expensive but hopefully should last a lot longer.

To be honest the lady who served me had no personality at all, she was very abrupt and unhappy, plus I was waiting at the checkout for agers even though the staff had seen me.

Looking for mattress toppers, but couldn't find any pillowtops! Thought this shop would have them. Also they need a bigger range of deep sided fitted sheets.
