Secure Roofing Restorations

Unfortunately my experience is not completely smooth but all of Darren’s action have been great.I had Secure Roofing paint my Colourbond roof 5 years ago and the experience was flawless but regrettably the paint began to fade excessively. The job came with a 12 year guarantee so I called Darren with some trepidation but his response was first class. I actually think he was more stressed than myself.He inspected the roof within 24hrs and with the paint supplier acknowledged the issue with the paint. 2 weeks later my roof was cleaned and completely repainted.I have no reservation in recommending Secure Roofing Restorations work.

Don’t bother getting quotes. Darren was the second quote which I chose. From the beginning to the end of job, his punctuality, professionalism and honesty goes along way. A 1968 roof now looks brand-new.

Great communication from Darren from the initial quote to after the job was done, which is greatly appreciated. Work done (whole laundry list of things) was efficient and well done. The roof I have was installed in 1975 and has had no attention since.I weighed up the option of replacing the cement tiled roof or repair because there was no mortar attached to the tiles / chipped tiles and gaps from possums and wind dammageDarren gave me full confidence that it was a repair job and what a job he did! Darren did a great roof repray for us. He initially advised that it would be two weeks before he could do the work but after seeing the long term wet weather forecast for April, at short notice, he fitted us in to the only two days of sunny weather. We a very happy with his quality work.

Very impressed with Secure Roofing on our roof restoration. The response to get a quote was prompt and informative. They were on time and completed the job in a couple of days. They removed three skylights and sourced a large amount of our hard to find roof tiles. Any mess caused by cleaning and painting the roof was removed. We had a roofer come around and partially look at the roof before recommending an expensive roof restoration.Darren on the other hand did a proper assessment, told us that is not required and there were some simple repairs and cleanup required that would make it watertight and give longevity.Darren is honest, open and trustworthy. Darren has been great to work with. From the moment I made contact he has provided genuine and professional advice and responded quickly to my various questions. The job was completed within a fortnight of my accepting the quote.Really pleased with the roof restoration – removed old mortar, moss growth, changed cracked tiles, re-bedded, re-sealed, re-pointed and cleaned out the gutters. Darren also blocked a small hole where birds were getting into the roof space. At the completion of the job, all rubbish was removed.Highly recommend his services.

Darren just finished my roof and he did an incredible job (cleaned gutters, removed old mortar, cleaned roof, resealed, recapped and brand new colour)!! From when we first met, he discussed what he could do as well as his insurances (not prompted, which I love) and we booked in a date. Throughout the process (and look, weather does play a part) we communicated via text message and was easy to chat with. Not only did he clean up after cleaning gutters, he also sprayed extra tiles for future use. Absolute pleasure to talk too and a very amicable and easy going gentleman.
