Used the APP to check in. Completely misleading about wait times and staff were slow in completing cuts. Tried checking in on two separate occasions and a 35-40mins wait led to waiting for over an hour with no sign of getting my hair cut. Don't waste your precious time on this establishment.

Pathetic service, twice now I have tried to use the app which is the only way you can check in and both times not working, so call them to explain this and get told we have one more spot but can't do phone check-in,

I've had 3 cuts since moving here. 2 with Lisa and the last one I didn't catch her name. Don't normally give 5 stars but extremely happy with all 3 cuts and both ladies have great customer service.

I just had my haircut - I would definitely say one of the worst places in Gladstone for gents to have their haircut.Please don’t come here.I have tried other places like Stu’s - They are so far the best.I will bet you will regret if you come here.
