WARNING ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !This company should take the word cleaning of there business name ! They are very very very far off from any standards of cleaning ! They don’t even use there own cleaning cloth ! They use your ONE kitchen cloth to clean the whole house !Read the review and save your self the scam

I used Bull18cleaners for end of lease cleaning service. The cleaning team was professional and the level of service was also excellent. I highly recommend them and would definitely use again bull18cleaners.

Booked and agreed on one thing then 3 cleaners came being shifty about the price trying to charge 500 at first for a 200 dollar job but being shady about what that involved. More cleaners than was booked turned up to then they overcharged by about 150 than what was agreed. Incredibly dishonest and could not be trusted for a fair value. I do not recommend using this company. They simply cannot be trusted.

Had to have a re clean and still was dirty.-Once the re clean was done they stated they couldn't clean the carpets any better so i got on my hands and knees with baby wipes and that did the job they said they were unable to do.communication skills are less than lacking-They cancelled my first appointment then sent someone without informing me. Then when i re booked they cancelled again and then advised me to be there at a time that i had already specified i was unavailable.I was promised a part refund for the troubles and when i followed it up they stated they don't give refunds and did not stick to their stated bond back guarantee'.I was put on hold for hours and never got to speak to the person that 'could help me with my problem'.One of the people on the phone told me she was the senior supervisor

Paid $490 for a general clean of an empty house with no furniture. Shower obviously not clean, surfaces not wiped, no dusting. No worth the money. I could have done it myself.

Don't trust these reviews, the company tries to blackmail you and sign documents saying you won't get them a bad review! Used for end of lease clean, which failed inspection for a couple of things left dirty. Told them I needed re-cleaning as they guarantee. Was told by the customer sevice it would be 48hours before they would even review the case, despite me saying the clean had to be completed in 24 hours. Ended up having to pay other cleaners to then go and complete the job so it was done in time to get bond back. 365 then refused to accept any blame for what their own support team had told me re:48 hours and tried to say they would have gone back but I'd already had the issue fixed by then. Of course I had, I wanted my bond back and not wait 48hours for them to think about it/review.

The absolute worst end-of-lease cleaning experience from 365 Cleaners. The company over-charged and I had to jump through hoops to receive a refund. The cleaners themselves were unprofessional and did a very poor job. We needed to re-clean the floors after the cleaners had left.They charged an extra $60 to clean the fridge.The cleaner was talking on the phone the entire time she was taking my payment - very rude.Would NOT recommend this cleaning company.

Very unethical business. I have used their services twice because I booked both instances together, but it was a total, utter pain to get things done.For the first job, an outsourced cleaner (Bull18) came at 9 pm instead of the scheduled 1 pm and were obviously dead tired. Had to call them again because the work was unsatisfactory.For the next job which was the move out clean, they sent an extremely unprofessional and dodgy person who didn't even have a cleaning van. First she wasted at least 30 minutes for re-negotiating the quote. I agreed to raise the price to $450 just to get her to at least start working. Her work was extremely poor, she actually broke window mesh panels and threw time in the backyard instead of letting us know and left most areas unclean. Also threw a sink filters in the garden, and refused to do any spot cleaning which was part of the deal.I had to fix her shortcomings the next day before the handover was due. I also called the helpline to send someone to fix the problems but they didn't budge in the name of due process which according to them takes time and review of photos etc. The same due process was totally absent when they sent such a dodgy worker who was a total pain to deal with.I narrated my complete ordeal in an earlier review (which they have now managed to get deleted somehow). Their representative called me and wasted a lot of my time trying to negotiate payback for removal of the review. I let him know that I was entitled to a full refund but won't settle for anything less that 50%. He first offered $50 cashback, then later offered max $130 and sent an ultimatum to accept the offer within 72 hours or forget any payback. I didn't accept as it was a total disrespect of my time.I have realised that they have got my old review deleted which was more detailed and thorough. This is evidence that this company survives on online impression management. I would advise you to not fall for it. GO FOR A CLEANER WITH A DIRECT REFERENCE.

This was a very unprofessional and stressful cleaning services. The cleaners came to the house unprepared and were very unprofessional, looking through the whole house before leaving without making it clear to my Mum why they then left for 30 minutes. This as you can imagine made my Mum feel very unsafe. Once returned, the cleaners quickly did their services leaving bathrooms still drenched in water, the bathroom bin and towels was soaked. The most stressful part of this service was at the end we realised they had used some sort of harsh chemical that has completely ruined the oven channels. As you can see from the photo attached the channels are now scratched and black. They of course have said this was not their fault and called our oven old even though the house itself is only 6 years old and we clean very regularly. We now have had to research and find the makers of the oven to pay for new channels as we are selling this property. I hope no one goes through this experience again and your employees come to properties in a more organised, prepared and professional manner and ensure they are careful with the chemicals they use on surfaces. I am so disappointed and angry.

After quoting me $500 for a full clean with a re clean guarantee they rescheduled the job twice, finally turning up at 8am on the Sunday. They then demanded more money or that I let them out of the re clean guarantee. When I refused they argued about it for over 30 minutes then refused to work. Do not recommend. They also trade under the name 365 cleaners.
