Nice people. Don't appear to carry spares etc. Ordered a set of radiator hoses for my Honda. Two phone calls and a week latter still no radiator hoses. Got them from Tepco.

3 and a half months to get parts after being constantly lied to about when they'd arrive. They'll say absolutely anything just to sell a car. Buy from somewhere else! Anywhere else!Edit: The 'shopping' that you talk about was half a punnet of blueberries and half a punnet of raspberries the my 18 month old twin boys spilt! But thanks for proving your misinformation and blatant lies! It's the one thing you've done that I actually appreciate

I am passing through Mildura and need to have a 80K services on my D-max . My D-max was booked in a week ago and dropped off at 8:00am this morning.We were then dropped off in town where we wanted and later in the day rang to pick the truck up with the offer to be picked up from in town.The D-max was serviced washed and ready for pick up on arrival. On top of it the cost came in well under that quoted by other dealers.I would be happy to have the D-max serviced here again and the staff were very cooperative.I though I no longer need to go back to Auto Synergy I now find I have to return to them as I have had a sight altercation with a tree while 4 wheel driving out at Lake Mungo. I made a phone call to see if they had a rear break light assembly. Surprise the did. More good luck than good managment I guess but they still had one. Today I returnrd to pick it up, the unit was fitted with no fuss and issues. If this is what they do for people passing through then the locals must be very happy with their sercives.

Travelling from Central Queensland and needed new Outback serviced. Very accommodating after some unfortunate set backs. Dropped me back to accommodation and picked me up when car was ready. Excellent job on detailing car inside and out which was unexpected

We had a bad experience with Auto Synergy Mildura. Booked our car in for a service using the online booking system. Received a booking confirmation. Turned up on the day our car was booked in and told our car wasn't booked in. Didn't try and help us to fit us in on the day of the booking or honour the online booking. Just told us they wouldn't do it for 3 weeks. Poor customer service.
