My eyebrows look great, the staff member did a great job....BUT...the price I was charged was higher than what is displayed on their price list. Apparently getting waxing and threading combines costs more....would be nice for that to be communicated prior to the service. It might be an idea to add that to the price list too?

Not reliable. This was the third time I returned having gone just for threading. They don’t have a number to cal and book. I went twice around 4pm they are closed! According to google they are open till 5.30. Rest of the times I always see a sticky note to come back 30 to 45 mins !! Won’t work for me, was my last attempt today.

I went to this salon needing help and advice about my eyebrows. I've been trying to grow mine out and the lovely lady that helped me recommended threading. She was honest and so super helpful and promised only to thread what needed doing on my eyebrows. My eyebrows look so amazing and I'll be coming back soon for sure !

I usually go here for my eyebrows and they do a good job but i’ve gone there three days in a row to try and get my eyebrows done and they’ve been closed every single time even though each time it was only four in the afternoon, today i went there and it was only 3:45 and i got turned away once again.

Disappointed with the Seven Hills store. The Google hours say open til 5:30pm but I got there at 4:55pm and they said they were closed.

I’ve used this place for eyebrow waxing in the past with no issues; however Friday afternoon I raced down the street (got there around 5:15pm) as Google stated closure was at 5:30pm. Only needed a quick eyebrow wax and was turned away. The attendant was sitting behind the desk and advised she had cleaning to do. When I advised her of the Google closing time and pleaded with her to squeeze me in, she declined.I went to the nail place 20m away and they were more than happy to help me.Recommend changing the operation hours on Google if you’re not willing to accept customers up until the current closing time.Won’t be going back to this place again.
