Colin and the team at Mackay are absolutely brilliant. No problem too big or small, nothing is too much trouble and they go above an beyond to help. They also are incredibly flexible with times and arrangements to suit you. I could not recommend them highly enough.If you need evaporative air conditioning help, these are the people to see.

They charged $250 to repair our Air-conditioner, as soon as they left the AC stopped working. When we rang the answer was, we can't come back because we are to busy. We called another company who came straight out and within 10 minutes the AC was working properly. He commented on how clean the unit was. The problem was the pump, it cost $450 but the issue was fixed. Mackays sent me a bill for $250, approximately, I didn't pay it so without any communication they put the account in a debt collectors hands. We had been using them for a few years for our AC and combustion heater. She's the one who was happy to take our money then no communication. I wouldn't recommend Mackay maintenance for any kind of work.

We are 3 weeks from install and our place has been nice of cosy due to this beast of a heater (Saxon) being installed by Colin. The mackay guys +Erin really made it easy to make the switch to a firewood heater after having gas for over 15yrs. Delia at Gepps Cross Barbque Galores really sold us the best product for such a large house. Tx to them all for being so professional and they are great quality, we are now living warm through winter. Recommend to anyone needing install, maintenance or in need of tech questions answered. If you want excellent air con maintenance these are the people you want. Once you are on their books and become a regular (turn on and shut down every year at a reasonable cost) if you have problems during the summer Colin will come out free of charge to check it out and if it is something relatively simple it is fixed free of charge (I imagine a major job or new parts of course would incur a fee). Colin has already been out to my place twice this summer since turn on and fixed a couple of problems(one caused by a plumber who didn’t do his job properly and left a huge air lock in the lines). Colin came out with a smile and fixed it free of charge . I can’t get on the roof myself anymore and would be lost without them.
