I had the best salon experience of my life today. I was seen by Yuki for a root color and to tone down my highlights. I just moved back from the U.S. to Australia after 10 years abroad and was searching for a new hairdresser. I’m glad to say, I’ll be a customer for life. I spent hours searching for a salon that uses non-toxic, natural products in Sydney and there were very few that fit the bill. This salon uses all organic, natural products and they are very high quality. Yuki explained the products she was using in detail and the reasoning behind which color tones we were going to use. She was meticulous with the whole service especially the color and provided the best hair wash/scalp massage I’ve ever had. I also had a lovely eucalyptus hot towel covering my scalp while the toner set. The salon is very clean and the environment and atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning to see Yuki soon! Thank you for the fabulous service!

I booked in to this salon for a shampoo and blow dry while away at a conference based on their reviews and location. They did an amazing job on my hair, but also welcomed me warmly. Highly recommend.

Run away!!!!! I clearly got the OPPOSITE result than I wanted and paid more than double what I was told ($450 instead of $200)1) Here are my hair before (with a little red highlights), the hair I wanted to have and... the hair I unfortunately currently have! I insisted, however, by showing the attached photos and saying that I wanted GOLDEN blonde, NOT TOO LIGHT and NATURAL looking.I don't understand how I can end up with hair that looks more darker!!!!! The sweeping is well done but the hairdresser" was not even able to choose the right fading when it is her job. I had let my roots grow for 6 months before going to the hairdresser and what a disappointment! And yes

Booked the June/July deal with Gulay and was happy from start to finish. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and was really accommodating throughout. Love my hair and would definitely come back and recommend to friends :)

I walked in hoping to get a blow dry, but Miriam not only provided the best and friendly service I had in a long time, but also educated me on so many hair tips! The strengthening treatment was fantastic and I left feeling fabulous. Thank you!! I'll let my friends know and I'll be looking out for an organic hair salon back in New Zealand!

Outstanding service from Miriam - she took one look at the photo I brought in and gave me exactly what I wanted, even with some tricky leftover pigment and baby hairs to deal with. She knew exactly how to care for my fine hair so it didn't suffer any breakage at all, even with bleaching. The cut and colour is perfect, my hair looks and feels so much better. I would highly recommend her and look forward to coming back!

It’s such a pleasure to be welcomed by the team of hairdressers who do their best to make sure you really enjoy the experience. The products are beautiful & gentle on your hair & as always I love the head massage; it’s so relaxing. Chantal listens intently to your needs & offers suggestions on how to shape the best style for you. Her ability to get the highlights perfect are astounding. I even received a step by step tutorial on how to use a hair straightener. I highly recommend your wonderful salon. Thank you very much.

Organic Hair Culture in Pyrmont is such a great salon. They are really professional and friendly. They listened to what I wanted with my colour, and showed me images, and I got exactly the colour and brightness I was looking for (bright beachy blonde foils). I am really happy with the job they did! I love the organic products and the hot towel at the basin too - so relaxing!
