I have been to BCF twice - once in Dubbo to buy a pop up shower and the guy was fantastic, took the time to demonstrate how to get it back in the tiny bag which was so appreciated as I packed it up in 3 minutes, with the instructions only I would have burnt it great customer service. Second visit Toowoomba, I had a problem with a product and Andy the manager, knowing he would never see me again as I am travelling went out of his way to find a solution. BCF in country towns is awesome highly recommended. Thanks for 2 great experiences in your stores.

I bought a raider 601 in a 1to3kg and fitted it with a Sedona 1000 .The lady staff member who served me was very helpful. I left feeling very happy with the product ,price and service .

Have a good range of all things outdoors but sometimes don't have stock of certain products. Very busy on weekends and may have to track down and wait for a staff member to help. A couple of times I've been there even the staff members are complaining of being under staffed.The main staff members there (I can't remember their names) are extremely knowledgeable about their products and often share their own experiences and recommend what works best for them. All staff are friendly and very helpful.Sometimes some of products can be a little more expensive than other places in town, but I would rather go there and pay the a little more just because staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and I leave the store knowing I have made the choice.

I had the worst experience at this Toowoomba store with a rude and obnoxious staff member. I am so glad that I do not live here, but annoyed that I came so far out of my way to pick something up only to encounter such a disrespectful staff member that also blatantly lied to me.I spent $790 there and totally wished I hadn't. Purely because of him.The only reason I am not giving this a 1 star is that, thanks to my phone call to the assistant manager, I was able to get it off my chest and received an apology and an assurance that it would be brought to the attention of the store manager.So thanks to that person who was respectful and assisted with the situation.
