Top shelf company.

This company installed the exhaust fans of the whole apartment building about 10 years ago and they probably did not keep a record of it and did not remember the installation layout either. So they attended my apartment in March 2021 to investigate the exhaust fan issue not moving any air. Upon investigation (I don't know how much time they spent on investigation as I was not on site) they found fanmotor and discharge side of duct inaccessible due to solid ceiling. They suspect fan motor to be faulty or a collapsed ductcould also be the cause. But for such a small apartment, it would take max 5 mins to find out fan motor and discharge side of duct inaccessible. And they charge $251.88 ex GST. For a residential customer, I would not use them as the charge is a rip-off.

We used Seasonair in September 2016, to install 2 split system air conditioners, in our upstairs bedrooms. This was a complicated task as the rooms were built into the roof space. We had 4 fantastic young men for over 2 days. They were extremely polite, very efficient and amazingly tidy.
