Great customer service. Staff were very caring, considerate and educated. The main pharmacist Shareef is alway a pleasure to deal with and offers great advice, you can really tell he knows his stuff and isn’t just trying to sell you a bunch of expensive medications you don’t need.I would highly recommend these guys. These guys are very friendly and always helpful*, yes they may be a bit more expensive than the warehouse chemists but you get what you pay for - try getting a discount chemist to ring around all over Sydney to find your anti-malaria medication that is in short supply and see how far you get... these guys chased it up for me over multiple days and eventually found some and got it delivered to their pharmacy, no problem. Five stars.*since I wrote this review this chemist has been taken over by new people, can't guarantee the service is still the same.** Despite what they say below, unless they have suddenly all become white and stopped wearing hijabs... I'm not sure this is true

Great place for gifts!!!

Wow what poor service today Sunday. Couldn't believe it. No compassion, didn't want to listen to my issue and provide any help. No doctors open and was going to fax a script across tomorrow. I was so desperate in pain and could hardly deal with it. My work requires focus as its safety critical. I was blatantly told thats an addictive medication. Whatever!! Like you know.The pharmacist and the young girl today should be fired on the spot.I was a staunch advocate of this place and was always looked after exceptionally. So I do have to point that out. However I will never return now as they did not CARE ABOUT ME.and to top it off I got what I needed from another pharmacist and now waiting at medical centre to fax script. And low and behold a medical centre prescribed and faxed it. Image attached as proof.I am now at work and able to continue today. Prior to getting the help from a lovely pharmacist and lovely doctor today I was being tortured with pain and tortured by what I thought was my local lovely friendly chemist.I called to get their names and they refused to provide first names over the telephone. However I'm sure management will work it out and promptly retrain these 2 on customer service.

Horrible customer service.A young lady asked me “can I help you??” Very rudely and told her I was after some neurofen and if she could please get it for me to which she pointed and said “go and get it for yourself, I am not your slave.”So confused and disgusted. The store manager was informed and downplayed the situation saying it was a part of her training.Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere that can actually provide customer support.Disgusted.

The pharmacy staff here are helpful and efficient. Operating hours are long and also open on Christmas Day which was a blessing as we needed an emergency script filled.Also a solid stock of all the items you expect at a chemist - beauty, health etc.
