our presence is clearly an offence to the staff working here, met with hostility and coldness… actually shocked by the unwillingness to listen or care or give one minute of time to listen to their patients’ needs - awful experience

I was at Victoria house last Tuesday to have a hydro injection. The medical staff were very attentive and helpful. But, the young man at the front desk was lacking in compassion and quite rude telling me my husband was not to wait for me in the waiting room. Besides the fact I needed him to drive me home, I told him my husband was not well enough to stand out in the cold and that the car was too far away for him to sit in it. He said “well what’s wrong with him”. I realise these rules are made due to Covid. But felt that was quite unnecessary. Also have had problems getting my Medicare claim back as he mucked up the eft option and and instead will be waiting on a cheque. I rang and spoke to him a few days ago as I have not received the refund in my bank account. He assured me it was correct. Well I found it wasn’t After going to Medicare .

All staff that I have dealt with have been great, reception to the x-ray technician and doctor. I also had the u/s technician, Daniel, who is lovely and extremely skilled. I go here for any imaging as it's a place that also has doctors on site for certain imaging and procedures. Prices may be higher, but you are paying for skilled technicians and doctors, and for imaging that is important.

Medical team are fantastic; however, after reading all your reviews, I’m not the only one here who experience how rude, non-friendly receptions, especially the young guy who seems need to be trained how to deal with customers if he wants to continue work as a front liner; as his attitude perhaps would be impossible to deal with.

Receptionist attitudes had an big issues. I ve been lots of place. Rude, not helpful. Very disappointed. The staff who did the ultrasound he s good. However the whole team. Can see no training. Very rude of the service. They should provide more training. They played the whole game to put us for long wait. Please do not go there. Never see the service like that.如果你是華人，我不建議你們去這間。他們有歧視。

Telephoned,waited on the line for 30 mins, noone answered. Tried to schedule a call back, the function did not work. Cannot book on line.

I just had a hydro injection done on my shoulder after having surgery on it 2 months ago. And I can honestly say the staff are so lovely. Especially Sally the nurse she talked me through everything about what was going to happen and was by my side when it was happening. She has a heart of gold. And Peter was lovely as well and made sure I was comfortable.Definitely recommend this place to go too.

It's new, clean, spacious, they ran on time and they were very kind and thoroughly explained what was going on. Very happy indeed.
