Malkonyan Waterloo Salon

Have been going to Malkonyan Waterloo for about 6 years now and they are so amazing. Karen and the whole team always work their magic on my hair. The hospitality is great, everyone is super friendly and they look after you so well. Highly recommend them!

I first came here in 2019 to get my breakup hair, which they took my dark brown hair to this gorgeous blonde. And I've been back every chance I get. I travel a lot for work and the team were super helpful to work with me to get the most of of my hair and hair colour. Definitely the place to goMilo was also a giant help and it was lovely to have him around. 10/10 for Tash and 10/10 for Milo

I went to Malkonyan a few days ago and I was quite apprehensive as I had a horrible experience last year in a different salon, where they completely destroyed my hair.Prior to my appointment I had a consult where I met Karen and told her what happened last year, what I wouldn’t like my hair to look like and what I’d like my hair to look like. She was very thoughtful and I realised she was extremely professional and would take good care of my hair. And she did! I had my appointment a few days after the consult and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the result! Karen delivered exactly what I wanted. She made sure to explain what she was doing each step of the way and she was always checking on my hair (and also on me!). The whole Malkonyan team are just so lovely and I’d highly recommend the place to anyone. I am so happy I finally found a hair salon I can trust with such amazing professionals and high quality products! Very special thanks to Karen and the whole team from Malkonyan, you guys rock!!!

Thankful for Karen and the team at Malkonyan. After many unsuccessful balayage attempts at previous salons, I was amazed by the transformation Karen managed to achieve. Since becoming a client of the salon, the results of the colour, growth and condition of my hair have been phenomenal. I have been going to Malkonyan for years, and I refuse to get my hair done anywhere else! The staff are all incredible and extremely professional and the quality of the service is always great. I look forward to going each time as I am treated so well. Have been coming to Malkonyan Waterloo for some time and the team have always been great. Just recently got my hair coloured as well and Karen has done an amazing job lightning it up whilst making sure I’m ‘still brunette’ :)

I have been going to Karen for the last 8 years because she is amazing at what she does. She listens to what I want and then she makes suggestions and tells me what will work. I always walk out of the salon feeling like a new person. All the staff at Malkonyan are friendly and helpful and love offering drinks and food and it’s always service with a smile. My hubby also goes to Karen for his haircut. My daughter has her hair cut by Amy and my boys by Ann and Alan. Really great salon for the whole family!
