So impressed. Took new laptop to these guys today to setup with all my apps etc which is a lot and Brody did it all within 20 mins .. absolutely amazingly quick and accurate .. just a brilliant company to deal with. They deal with all our IT and security and printers and apps … highly recommended just brilliant company.

I have a number of IT based services with Signature IT and have found pricing to be competitive with other previous services. Where Signature is head and shoulders above the others is that you can actually talk to people when you call and problems are rectified in good time. One NBN problem that I had when changing to Signature was sorted at that time by the owner himself at that time. That alone improved my internet upload speed a huge amount.

Jason was amazing. My laptop died and he was able to replace it quickly with a model far superior than what the retailers had. He also helped to set everything up and I was able to keep my appointments with my clients that afternoon. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with my new workstation. Signature IT designed it for me, supplied and set it up, plug and play. Saved me $hundreds plus hours of research.One of the peripheral devices needed a driver update. They just logged in remotely. It is so handy having my software subscriptions managed by them.

Hmmm....I had to return three times to get the initial job done - including a remote hook up.At least they acknowledged their fault and tried to amend. Also the follow up to deliver my drive was appreciated.

Anthony and Jason and the team at Signature IT look after all my computer, internet, web and POS issues as they arise. If I have an issue, 1 phone call and the guys are onto it. Great service, good value and they know their stuff. They recently installed a new phone system at our workplace that serves us far better than our old one and saves us a considerable amount on our monthly bill. 10/10 score from me.
