Uwe Gollmar is a exceptional specialist service person.It has been a very long time since we have had such good old fashioned customer service. Not only was Uwe was prompt. He arrived with all the necessary equipment and was very careful with tools and where he needed to work. Our Highland" brand range hood is only 5 years old but the company no longer exists! Uve repaired it somehow despite not being able to get Highland parts.
