Absolutely, legends …I toke my Honda to a several mechanics and electricians to fix the VSA problem no one did .Except Hondatec they Handel the issue very well gave me a courtesy car , charged reasonable and fixed the problem ,very friendly staff … well done boys you just insure another loyal client . Thumps up

Called and asked for shock absorber including struts, springs and rubbers. Because the guy can’t understand what I am asking for, he simply got frustrated and said he don’t sell them. This all in one minute time. Very poor customer service.Add after reply- I said poor service because you simply hang up the phone on me without trying to help me with what I needed. Thats it. This is purely my experience and what I felt from the phone conversation and I don’t care how many years of experience the person I am talking to have if they are of no use for me.I may have said wrong names, but you could have helped me with it. You didn’t. Thats it.

Terrible communication. I did not know this place is selling used Honda parts. I enquired about the 3rd pressure switch for Honda CRV. I told the model and the year and the guy straight away said, yes he has it. $80. Since I heard of people getting mixed up with the 2nd pressure switch etc, I asked him to tell me the part no. such that I know I am buying the right part. He ( with an accent and poor English) asked me to call him in one hour. When I called back, he was arguing why I need the part no and why I do not trust him. He bragged that he has 40 yrs experience and what he is going to give me is the right genuine part. I only noticed, this place is an used part dealer after reading the google reviews. The guy was rude, seems to have no experience or communicating with customers( may be due to poor English). Later, I got the price for the part from the genuine Honda dealer and $80 was a rip off. The business may be genune, but the salesman was terrible. The owner will need to consider this team member if the businees is to trive.

High prices and a full-day inspection service for a simple thing that does not exceed a minute without doing anything in exchange for examination fees if the repair is not done

Absolute mode useless people on the planet. Drove an hour and a half for them to say oh we weren’t bothered to get the part off the car that takes 5 minutes for you today after I called the 6 hours prior and stating I need the part asap and him agreeing to have it that day. Never have anything to do with this pitty excuse for a shop

I found the Mechanics at Hondatec to be very honest and knowledgable with decades of experience servicing Hondas.

Today we had the pleasure of having Steve help us out with replacing our Honda accord Euro rear door. Steve went above and beyond, he is an extremely knowledgeable and skilful tradesman. Steve was offered extra money for the work he had done and refused to take it which demonstrates a person of honour and integrity. We will definitely be back should we need anything in the future. Keep up the great work!

I have had my baby serviced twice here already, great service and knowledge of Honda’s. Good price too.
