The highly knowledgeable staff are very welcoming and will put you completely at ease as they discuss your skin concerns and run you through treatment options without the ‘hard sell’. It’s so reassuring to be treated by knowledgeable professionals who are obviously so passionate about what they do and strive for the best possible results for clients. I have enjoyed several HydraFacials at the Medispa and my skin felt so clean and hydrated after each treatment. In the COVID -19 era it is also comforting to know the clinic is adhering to strict guidelines to ensure a clean and safe experience for all. 5 star service.

Outstanding service performed by Kim today, who was highly professional and made me feel comfortable straight away. I had a customised HydraFacial treatment which was *awesome*, and Kim explained everything from beginning to end. Dr. Lefter (who is absolutely lovely) was also on hand to consult and answer questions. Relaxing, modern premises, very convenient location. I will be returning in fact I rebooked my next appointment before I left!
