Had a problem with the latch breaking in the glovebox. Went to Steinborner Ford, and the lady on the desk got a mechanic, Paul, to come out and look at it. Went to a lot of trouble but finally got it fixed so we could get on the road again. Brilliant service from you guys. Thank you very much.

I bought the new Puma. Had some persistent issues with the Fordpass function not working. No fault of Stainborner. They tried painstakingly in rectifying this issue. Eventually it was fixed.During this period i experienced courtious, friendly and their willingness in resolving this issue. I can there for only recommend their service.

Had engine problems while touring. Service team were very helpful with quick diagnosis, and were able to slot the work in quickly even though it was a major job.And I was provided a loan car to use too. Excellent service to the car and the customer. Thanks!

The way my wife was spoken to on the phone was horrendous. At first Customer Service was fantastic. It was the Customer Service that made us want to buy a car from them, but then it turned horrible!

I’ve waited from December till February fir small parts and nothing . Rang today February 16 they came in today ?. Told them I have a child with special needs back in December didn’t care . I’m totally never going to use this place again. So angry

Looking to buy a secondhand car, contacted them regarding one they had available that I was interested in. Wayne offered to drive the car down all the way to Adelaide (over 100kms one way) for us to look at, we can't fault his dedication and service for this. Really appreciated the extra mile he went to (quite literally).
