T2 has a great selection of teas, tisanes and chai as well as tea making equipment both for hot and cold brews. The people in the store seem to know their staff and can recommend brews based on flavours. They'll make up taster brews if you ask and often have samples available.

This place has always intrigued me. I love their stuff. It's a terrific concept, lovely staff no matter which one you frequent, but sorry, for what it is, it's extremely and I use that word carefully, very over priced. Lower prices would boost sales, whilst maintaining, perhaps increasing profitability. $34.00 for a cup and saucer, that isn't bone China is ridiculous.

Love coming here and finding new types of tea and cold tea jugs.I highly recommend this place if you love hot or cold tea, there's something for everyone ❤️

Super friendly customer service, huge thumbs up to the wonderful ladies who have served me and offered different teas to try before leaving! A shop dedicated to bringing you an amazing selection of tea from the most common such as Earl Grey and Chai, to completely random and unique flavours like Lamington, Black Rose and Caramel Brownie! They also sell almost every kind of utencil for making the perfect cuppa including strainers, some of the most beautiful tea pots and cups I've ever seen, spoons and infusers! And that's not even half of it :) Keep up the great work!Maybe a Coffee2 one day for us coffee lovers as well?

Staff are very friendly and informative. My experience at the Frankston store was fabulous! The tastings were delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of tea with soy milk. Well done!

Purchased some Fruit Tisane and a flask with infuser here. Girl serving me was excellent. As a follow up I bought online a tea cup with infuser and lid and a cube of Lapsang Souchoung tea. This came today and I was so excited to get it. Love this form of tea and the tea cup is absolutely beautiful.I revisited the store on 10/3/22. Got the same girl. What an effervescent, friendly personality. She really made me believe she enjoyed serving me. I can’t praise this girl highly enough. This visit I purchased a bulk pack of pomegranate tisane. This is th best iced tea.Next visit I must ask the girl her name.
