Popped in to enquire about getting my phone battery replaced.The owner gave it a look and said what it would cost, but asked me first about my phone usage.Turns out I charge my battery incorrectly by leaving it urged in to charge overnight. He said he could replace the battery but that it would just be better to modify my usage as the battery isn't that bad.He didn't have to do that and could have just swapped the battery over to make some money. I think his actions are a sign of him being a trustworthy person, so I'll definitely stop back there again for advice or phone repairs.
