Service booking experience was good and mechanic arrived on time as well. He figured out the issue quickly and replaced the part and got me back on the road with in an hour.Good service and professional technician. Highly recommend.

I called this morning and was told my car could be booked in at 2:30pm today.I waited until 3:15pm to call Auto King and ask for an update on when the mechanic might arrive and was told he was running late but should arrive any minute now.Waited again until just before 5pm and tried calling twice to get no answer ☹️Well I can understand that running late is most likely due to taking such great care with the customer you’re currently with I think it’s unacceptable to not provide any communication with a customer that is stuck at home waiting for someone who is not going to arrive.

The man who serviced my car was quick to respond to calls and was always polite. He arrived on time and did a thorough safety check of the car. He was efficient and explained all the paper work required and payments. Over all a great experience and no complaints. Reasonably priced and convenient to have them come to you.

Awesome service. The mechanic was punctual, he tested the car over in the pouring rain. He did everything to the car that was required and needed to make it safe and road worthy. Thank you so,so much.

I have a booking for Car service. My booking was supposed to be at 9am, at 8am of booking day, i received a text message saying that the mechanic was sick and it will be reshceduled for the same day at 12:15pm. at 12:40pm, the mechanic Has not arrived. I call the call center and the phone operator said that the mechanic will be in touch. at 1:33pm i received 2 phone call which i did not pick up because i was in a meeting but there was no message left on the voice mail. I cal the number back at 1:48pm and there's no answer. Waited until 6pm and the mechanic still has not arrived.

I quickly needed a pre-purchase inspection and they booked me in for the next day. Mechanic was incredibly personable and informed me of their detailed process, giving me his honest and thorough review of the car. Everything was covered and he promptly sent me photos and detailed report.In the end I didn’t buy the car and I’m glad I took the time to book the inspection as it ended up saving me a lot of hassle and money in the long run.
