It is a fair/good enough size for a shopping centre in the heart of Surfers Paradise or at least close by. It is clean and has several luxury brands inside though not covering a lot of selection but their SA were all seems very helpful.

I called the store and got put through to the cosmetics department. The lady put me on hold for 1 and a half hours. I hung up and called back and was put on hold for another hour. Was not able to get the help I needed or talk to anyone about the product i was after. Worst service ever, get better phone staff.

I visited the Chanel perfume counter at Pacific Fair today and received magnificent service. The consultant was very professional and friendly. I intended to purchase Chanel 5 for myself but ended up also purchasing Bleu Chanel for my husband too! It was a pleasure shopping there.

Horrible experience bought a faulty Phillips Air Fryer All the screws were rusting out inside after only a few months we returned it to. The staff telling us to go through the warranty process which we are trying to do 3 weeks now no response from Phillips stay far away from David Jones and all Phillips products.

Had a wonderful time at the cafe, although the food selection was limited, but the staff was attentive, especially the staff who served us at the cashier, Raymond, he was very helpful in explaining to us the food available and drinks too! Will definitely be back and hopefully they can provide more food selection, that will be great!

I was shopping at David Jones, looking for a candle as a gift for my friend and wasn't sure what type, smell or brand to get. A lovely lady Jenny came and assisted me, she was extremely helpful and knowledgable and gave me a lot of advice and suggestion, it helped me choose the perfect gift. Then I realised she is working for skin care Ultraceuticals and went out of her way to come and help me. She provided excellent customer service, it was a wonderful experience for me. Thank you

Service by staff was terrible in this store the 2 stars ✨ were for the Gucci display & the lady their was more helpful than the DJ’s staff.Bought from the Chanel counter this experience was bought back a little by the last that served me their but I. Saying that it still wasn’t as it should be & as it is at other David jones stores.Overall was not a happy shopping experience for spending $700 in-store..

Kim (Women’s Fashion - Jeans) is the best! She was super helpful and gave me all the time in the world to select the best jeans that fit me and what I was after. Never felt rushed and was very attentive. I am so grateful for this experience as it was my first time to drop high $ on jeans.
