Excellent service from a Koreasn husband and wife team.

Went here with clothes that had been badly stained with blood and thought it was beyond fixable but they managed to make my clothes look brand new. Very good service

Stay away! I dropped off a dress I hadn’t worn before as it had wrinkles and was a delicate fabric. They destroyed the dress with a dark water burn stain and didn’t tell me when I picked it up. I didn’t realise until I put the dress on. I was yelled at when I went back to complain and told I couldn’t prove anything.

Not great. Ruined all my white shirts. Would not recommend

I read the one star reviews but didn't think it would be an issue as I just needed to have a mattress protector washed.Dropped it off in the morning where the lady told me it would be ready in the afternoon.Returned at 3pm to collect, and the man couldn't find it.I found it sat in a washer - it had not even been washed.The man says it will be ready to collect tomorrow.I told him to turn the washer on, and after some negotiation, he said to come back at 5pm to collect, before turning around and saying he wouldn't be able to dry it in the drier.There were no other machines running at the time.When I returned to collect, the mattress protector was still dirty. He said it was my fault I didn’t wash it frequently. I advised him that’s why I brought it to the laundromat - to get clean.At this point, the lady walks back in and insists she told me to collect it on Saturday.A laundromat that is unable to clean a white mattress protector, yells and abuses their customers, and is unable to take responsibility for their inability to provide their said service.

Used their services twice. Had an excellent experience. Left my dirty laundry in the morning and picked it up squeaky clean in the afternoon and also dry cleaned my suit. Very affordable prices as well. Might consider not getting a washing machine and just using their services!

It must be know that these are the same owners that used to operate at at 123 Anzac Parade that had a 1 star rating (they have the same business phone number). When I had an issue with damaged clothes, the owner (man) got argumentative and aggressive. Luckily his wife was there to calm him down. Shamefully it got pretty tense for her too.I'd recommended not using this service and to save yourself some grief and any possible confrontation.

Do not trust this laundrette , arrived with a suit and paid upfront , on arrival after 3 days I was demanded to pay again and was then shouted at for over 5mins demanded payment and had no other choice to pay again. I have walked past this laundrette and have seen this happen to other customers . Be warned do not use them at any cost especially when they are using poor quality products check out the photo for proff

Terrible terrible service. Wish I’d read the other reviews before using them.They lost a dress worth over $200 and gave me nothing but bad manners. I had the ticket. I had prepaid. They didn’t seem to care.Only use if you’re happy to pay upfront and not get your clothes in return.

Great, friendly service. Use for washing and ironing business shirts
