I went with Choices Flooring to install laminate flooring in my two-story townhouse. The buying process was very easy and Anthony helped to expedite delivery of the floor-stock to ensure the work could be completed before Christmas.The installation process was excellent: beautiful fit and finish and attention to detail. We were especially impressed with how the installers were able move our furniture around - being very respectful of our belongings - as they worked from room to room. They were diligent, professional and hard working and left the house immaculate afterwards, cleaning up all of the excess materials (including our old carpet) and sweeping up the place afterwards.We absolutely love the finished product. The laminate looks amazing and being waterproof, we don’t have to worry about the kid spilling things or general maintenance. In particular, the work they did on the staircase was exceptional (see photos).I highly recommend Anthony and the Choices Flooring team. From start to finish, the entire process has been easy, and their work is top quality.

Perfect job! Scheduled two days and finish in a day with very professional work. Very nice staff and paid very detailed attention when putting my beds on balcony. My new carpet looks perfect now and thanks!

He helped us from the time we stepped into Choices Flooring, making the right decision, getting strata approval, accommodating us with our request for an earlier completion time and the back end support after completion. Him and his team are extremely professional and efficient, paid a great deal of attention to perfection. I highly recommend Anthony and Choices Flooring Silverwater. I recently had the carpets throughout my whole apartment replaced with wide plank hybrid floors and could not be happier. Anthony's knowledge and friendliness, expertise and patience with the delays in obtaining my strata approval are to be commended. His installers were punctual, did an excellent job, were incredibly fast and even cleaned up after themselves. An outstanding service which I have no hesitation in recommending.

After getting a three quotes, I decided to go with Choices Flooring as they had the most competitive pricing. Really pleased with the result of the hybrid flooring we installed in our unit. The contractors were very punctual arriving at 8am on both days. Special thanks to Danielle for her efficiency and dealing with my multiple requests for photos to ensure we were happy with the colour selection :)

Anthony the store operator was very helpful in giving us advise on laminated floors. The installers whose names I am unfortunately not too sure off did an excellent job, came on time, cleaned up and were very helpful and accomodating. Choices Flooring Silverwater offered the most competitive price to install floorboards and carpet. Anthony was amazing throughout the process, providing all documents promptly that complied with strata and soundproofing. Buying and installation process was seamless, with the turnaround time only 3 weeks.We went with Titan Hybrid 6mm Stonewashed Spotted Gum TIR170 and skirting boards in the entry, hallway, kitchen and living rooms - great quality and natural grain.The trades took 1.5 days to complete, left our place immaculate, cleaning up the excess materials (including old carpet) and sweeping up afterwards. We also requested to keep any remaining carpet and floorboards, which was not a problem.Overall great customer service, quality product at fair price and nice people to deal with.

I got a recommendation for choices flooring in Silverwater, spoke to Anthony who is amazing in helping out throughout the process, as I needed a hybrid flooring that complied with the requirement of my strata with soundproofing etc.They provide service for the whole process, starting with the carpet removal, surface levelling, and floorboard installation. I went with titan hybrid Stonewashed Spotted Gum TIR170.Overall, great quality work, good people to deal with and at a fair price.

We highly recommend Choices Flooring at Silverwater. Anthony was very helpful and prompt in helping choose flooring for our apartment. I was very indecisive with the colour but went with hybrid titan rigid stonewashed spotted gum as our strata were very particular. We are very happy with the quality of installation, the workmen did the entire job of carpet removal and furniture moving we requested no Scotia so they use silicon to fill between the skirts and it looks great. Anthony is very organised and responsive throughout the entire process with ongoing support and suggestions on how to properly clean. Would highly recommend this team for anyone looking for new flooring!
