After Hours Air Conditioning Baldivis

Website says will install repair or service your air-conditioned but when I wasted my time emailing them and calling on the phone they only do supply and install, and overcharge on that so much. False advertising definitely do not use

Great service! Installation was fast and completed during hours that suited me, with no disruption to normal life.

Their repair service was great, and the maintenance advice was a bonus!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE .I rang Jim's and they said they would be here boxing day if I prepaid $135.00 to guarantee my booking .I was told they would quote on repairs . I only wanted a regas . I asked if the technician would complete the job whilst onsite. They said yes as they carry all necessary gas and equipment to complete job . So i pad up front .When the technician arrived first thing he said was I'm only here to quote the job. An would not be repairing aircon. W.t.f. then without even looking at aircon told me minimum price was $1.035.00 and next booking was on the 30th.Talk about a con . SO PLEASE BEWARE AS THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN THE SCAMMERS THAT RING YOU TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED CASH .SHAME ON YOU JIMS AIRCONDITIONIG. SHAME

jims / metropolitan just charged me a $130+ call out fee to tell me my 2 split systems annual service would could over $1600.what a joke. got a local guy to do it for $299 each.

We called Jim’s, and they sent out Metropolitan Air Conditioning who apparently Jim’s owns.Do not use either of these companies!!!Our air conditioner broke, when we had a 6 day old newborn at home during a heatwave.We needed urgent help.This conman came out quickly (which was good, even though it cost $170 to get him out), but said he couldn’t tell what was wrong with it, and that we’d need a full service. He said a routine service would cost $3,000. THREE GRAND?!Then, if they can’t fix it, he said a new unit would cost $25,000.We paid this bloke $170 to come out and say he has no idea what was wrong.We then got a different company out, after thinking his prices sounded crazy.The guy saw almost immediately there was a gas leak, which needed repairing and re-gassing. It cost us $700 for parts + labour to fix.And he said when we need to replace our unit, it’ll cost about $7,500-$8,500.Do not use this absolute rip off of a company. They shouldn’t even be in business.And Jim’s- if I ring Jim’s, I want Jim’s. Not some rubbish company that you own, that we can’t track down to make a complaint directly to them.
