I had a major issue with installing iOS Big Sur, it would not allow access to my MacBook Pro and I spoke with Apple staff over the phone for hours. I finally decided to take it to this store and the guy was very helpful, honest with feedback, and went above and beyond with service. I highly recommend them!

I've been here twice now. Once to get my laptop fixed and the other time to get my data back from a very old hard drive. Both times I received great customer service and they completed the service in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this store if you are looking for quality work, especially if you have a tight budget!
