Big T Electrical, Cooling & Solar

i highly recommend Big T. I have used them since i came to Bundy and they have always been prompt, always had Jack and Bryce, yesterday i had power issues where no power to 1 side of the house, Jack and the big boss came out and fault found and found the issue to be chewed wiring in the roof. It was a hot day and the boss was the one crawling in the roof space. To me that makes a good business when the boss is the one that is doing the dirty work. They came at such short notice being so close to Christmas and fixed my issue. I want to thank the whole team for their prompt service. Will continue to recommend and use BIG T for all my services to do with Air Conditioning (which they installed as well) My solar (which they also installed) and all my electrical needs. Just got Solar installed and so happy with their service. They were on time, finished in less than a day, and had it working straight away. Pricing was red Hot , and as they're Local and highly reputable I know I can get them back if i need them.

I had my Aircon installed 3 yrs ago by 'a handyman' and when it stopped working I contacted Big T for a repair. Apparently the fault was a kinked line and loss of gas.From the initial phone call and 1st visit, everyone was polite and very helpful, explaining the job ahead and how payments were to be made. The air-conditioner require a new install fit and is now mounted on a wall. J&J who attended today were friendly and put me at ease straight away. They quietly went on with their job and when it was done, it was a very tidy finish. I think it took about 3 hrs to complete so I cant complain about the cost. I have asked for a quote for a second aircon to be installed in the living-room down the track. They also recommended getting a yearly service and clean and asked if I would like a reminder message closer to the time. Good communication every step of the way. Thank You Big T.
