Bowral Lookout
Beautiful lookout & serene place to be. Minutes drive from Bowral city centre. Three large benches with tables, one undercover table & bench, grass area, toilets make it great place for a quick picnic. Would be interesting to visit the lookout at night and watch the lights.

Amazing place. Went there on a cold and windy day. It was very cold even though the temperature was 11C. The views are really great. The entry to the carpark was closed for road maintenance. The walk to the lookout from the closed gate is about 120 m. Easy walk.

Bowral Lookout
We visited the Bowral Lookout on a Saturday morning and I have to say, it was a great experience. The misty weather added a special touch to the stunning view of Bowral town. The lookout is located in a perfect spot that offers a panoramic view of the entire town and its surroundings.Due to the storm, the lookout point is only accessible via walking, no cars were allowed.

Nice for a quick 5min stop but not much else to see. Nothing too exciting but gives you a good overview of the Bowral township!

The grass has been cut the place looks clean and neat. The road is so bad they have closed it. It hS been closed for over 6moths. Not a good road to push a wheelchair or use a walker so not that great when it's one of the main tourist things to do

Great walk down the stone steps and along the historic quarries circuit. Not challenging and well marked path. Interesting history. We enjoyed this walk on a crisp autumn morning but didn’t see much at the lookout due to low cloud cover.

It's peaceful with good views. You need to walk a little as the car access road is closed.

What a beautiful view early in the morning. Hardly anyone there. Oops.very easy walk to the viewing area and the road is sealed.There are maybe 4 viewing areas this one is looking over Mittagong.

Stunning views, just a short walk from the entrance. Worth a visit if you’re in Bowral for a visit!
