I would have given 0.5 star for their customer service review if I could. To the young lady customer service officer who served me to process my ACT driver's licence this late afternoon, if customer service role is really not your thing and you really hated it, I strongly suggest her to request to be transferred to other department within the ACT gov that do not require her to do any customer service activities. The difference between the level of customer services I experienced at Centrelink office in Gungahlin and here is as if I was being treated like a royal family member in the Centrelink office, whereas today at Winyu House I felt like I was one of those persons flying from overseas being interrogated by a border security officer in the reality TV program Border Security". I totally understand and aware that I'm not in a bank or at a retail store that good customer services are heavily emphasized by their employers

I was there to collect a disabled parking permit, and was dealt with courteously, quickly and in a friendly fashion. I have absolutely no complaints and wish them all well. Thank you.
