I recently had a gaming system built by Stawell Tech. I was able to specify my requirements and discussed with Thao the best possible options for my budget. Needless to say Thao put together a system which exceeded my expectations and I'm extremely happy! This is the second system Thao at Stawell Tech has built for me with the first system still running without a problem 7 years later! I would highly recommend Stawell Tech for the excellent service and quality builds!

Required some help in setting up BYO modem with new NBN provider. Helped me to understand what was required, as previously I used ISP modem supplied. All set up and working fine, thank you. Would highly recommend for any tech help, and he is local.

Thao went over and above and fought for my rights to get my computer repaired under the extended warranty.He did a back up of my profile and now even with the replaced harddrive and motherboard my computer is still 'mine'.Thank you Thao, you are awesome.

Visited Stawell tech to get my laptop fixed yesterday, after my little one spilled a cup of coffee over the keyboard. Dropped the laptop at the shop just before their closing time and I requested Mr. Tao to fix it somehow as I had some important docs and was also having a job interview the very next day. I came to know that the shop is normally closed on Tuesday but somehow I needed it to be fixed. Guess what??? Mr. Tao fixed it overnight and delivered the laptop at my door the next day morning!! He also replaced the laptop charger cable with an Australian compatible model and gave me a memory stick with all my important docs recovered as well!! What a great thought!! And all that costed me was $55!! Hats off to this amazing man for his extra ordinary professionalism to keep the clients happy!! Highly recommend Stawell tech for any gadget repairs!! Mr. Tao was a life saver!! Wishing Stawell tech all the best!!

I cannnot commend this business highly enough. I was having multiple issues with my laptop and printer. Teo, the owner, was so helpful and thorough and was able to clearly explain the problems so I, as a non Tech person, could understand them. Friendly and professional and an excellent addition to services in Stawell. Thank you, Kate
