Must have seen a different doctor than Dr Balogun because my wife and I have been patients for 3 years and have never seen nor heard anything negative about anyone at the practice. Never had a problem understanding them and I am partially deaf. I have also seen Dr Fernando when Dr Balogun is on holidays and also found her very friendly and caring.

Great care was given, the male doctor as really understanding and never forced anything out of me. The receptionists were lovely. I definstely plan on making this a permanent practice for myself and family

Wow. Want to feel bad about yourself and have Dr question your confirmed physical illness as well as your confirmed mental illness? Come to this place. The professionalism shown by the female Dr is 100% just what you need when you are clearly upset.Even after apologising many times for being upset. All she had to do was call my previous Dr in Melbourne to confirm my illnesses and prescriptions, but no. I was made to feel like I was a drug addict and walked out crying my eyes out.Drs Quote, “I don’t think we are going to get along as Dr and patient so I will ask you to leave”.Oh and if you want to be judged based on looks, then this female Dr is the one for you. She’s a winner!

Terrible. I ring up saying twice that i needed to see a female doctor. The receptionist could barely speak english and i had to keep repeating myself. Rang again to confirm appointment only to find out i had been put with a male and no appointments available for the female for another two weeks.Won't be wasting my time with them again.

The other black lady receptionist everytime I will book Appointment with her she is so rude and awful not like the other receptionist is nice and calm to talk to

I would give no stars but I have to give one to review.My partner has visited 2 x in last 4 months and they have been rude, unprofessional and seem to have gotten there qualifications from the back of a cereal box. They do not listen to their patents and all they want to do is push covid tests. 'You said you have a sore foot

Awful experience. The only benefit was the lovely nurse who assisted me and made me feel valued. I rang multiple times to get results, only to be told that a letter had been sent to me - when a patient rings asking for assistance, simply sending a letter is not an appropriate form of communication. The doctor made me feel disgusting and as if I was lying about my condition. I'm not going back.

I really wouldn't rate this place, Very rude. I missed one appointment by accident. They then said its okay and will reschedule me for tomorrow. I then get a from call them telling me not to come back as I missed that one appointment. Very rude and unprofessional doctor. Why open a medical practice then do this ? It's a disgrace.
