Jaimee has been amazing to work with from the start.Emails are responded to in a prompt time frame, always friendly and even rang her first day back at work after our move to see how the move went.We can not rate MPM Property higher, so refreshing to have a Property Manager who is on top of their job!

MPM properties were just a nightmare to rent through! Super nice to your face, would tell you the inspection went really we’ll, until they got to their office and would send a breach for extremely minor CLEANING.Each person I dealt with had a mean girl attitude and their comments were taken as degrading with the tone of voice used. They will try and claim your bond regardless if you paid a ridiculous amount of money to have it professionally done when you moved.Ultimately MPM Property care more about their ratings their their clients and it definitely shows, I will NEVER use this real estate now or in the future, due to the amount of anxiety I had each inspection, they were so rude about a tiny finger spot on the wall I felt obligated to ensure my kids were kept away when house inspections happen and I was made to feel we had to live in a show home rather then a our home!Worst ever experienced renting, they also they tried to play off I had a few breaches to future realestates and made it difficult to get a new rental, lucky I had photos of my inspections and was able to show the new realestate just how terrible and picky they were!!

A؜ Restablished Family Home is born.Meeting Alisha was a privilege.Also speaking with other MPM Properties colleagues was nice to. They are warm and friendly people who actually listen to you. Our time in our home is still early in it's tenancy agreement but I feel that we will be here for a long time.We had a late change to the number of occupants and it set the final approval back a day or two but MPM PROPERTIES saw the benifits of having 3 stable incomes to support the our application.Finally we got the date the monies were paid we got the keys and we were very excited to have this place as our home after a few cheerful conversations with Alisha basically conveying that we were the tenants she wanted for that property.But our references had already done the talking for us.For the foreseeable future this home.

If you like your properties to be managed by ‘robots’, this is the company to go with. They have systems in place to manage most things including repairs and maintenance. They submit requests from tenants without questions and obtain quote only from their preferred tradies who are without fail, way more expensive. We have had work done by other reasonable tradies for our Queensland properties in the past 8 years with no issues and therefore find this inflexibility ridiculous! Even after instructions to seek 3 quotes for work over $500, we need to request and remind every time. They won’t challenge tenants for unreasonable requests like asking for pest control for ants without even trying off the shelf solutions first.With interest rate hikes, mum and dad investors like us are struggling. Yet MPM justifies their actions that they only work with the best tradies to protect our investments.We took our decent sized portfolio to another company and MPM didn’t even call to try and retain us. So if you want to feel like a number and have no concerns re expensive tradies, they might be the right fit for you.

Absolutely Brilliant. We have been using MPM Property management since 2016 and would never consider anyone else. They are absolutely brilliant in their communication and in their follow up and we are very secure in the fact that our property is in their safe hands,
