Since day one, when recommended by an old friend (who’s also in the IT industry in Adelaide), for a new website developer and host, I have been so blown away by Umair Risvi’s support. He has surpassed my expectations on service, support and price.We will be going live with our replacement website for our McLaren Vale family winery in next few days, and we are extremely appreciative of his caring and super responsive, intelligent and positive, can-do nature.He conveys his support being as much a loyal friend and motivational inspiration, as he is a business man, who’s integrity and level of support is quite rare to find in a confusing jungle of website and tech companies, of whom too often seem to be faceless digital identities never wanting to speak in person or be contacted directly, unless a booking in advance has been made in an online “ticketing” booking system, and often their “employees” for tech support etc, are outsourced and working in other companies in other parts of the world. Not knowing any of them, any of their voices, or feeling their genuine support. We recently completed a custom-built CRM/Membership Software developed by Umair Rizvi from Astracs and are so excited to have it live and working!! We considered going with an “off-the-shelf’ model but chose to have a system built to meet our specific needs. One that we would own and that we could fully customised without having to continuously pay to use. This system also has the capacity to easily build upon and add features to meet our changing circumstances. It was delivered at the quoted price (which was very reasonable) in the required time and the service provided to date has been outstanding.We have built a strong working relationship with Umair and nothing has been too hard. Together we have worked through any problems to find effective solutions without additional “costs”. The timeframe for delivery was short and the system was working live for our membership drive as promised with the added surprise of scanning out membership cards with a barcode scanner.Our customers keep telling us how easy the system is to use on all different devices. We can sign up members at the market easily via a QR code and customers are loving this new feature.We like how we can make some changes ourselves in the system and the training provided to all our staff as well as volunteers, especially on a Sunday has been ‘over and above’.
