Took the van in today at short notice left it with Lee and Sol for the day and got it back shiny and looking great again thanks so much, great pricing compared to what’s around

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff. Last time it was $80 for a wash and vacuum after a camping trip so there was a bit of grass etc which was understandable, now I go when it’s not even half as bad and it’s $120 for only a vacuum.I told her it’s a rip off and how can she even justify that. Then a young kid who works there comes up and gets in my face telling me that what do I expect and was quiet aggressive and trying to get in my face.Stay away from this place and go to Cairns car wash cafe on Reservoir road Manoora. Half the price and amazing staff who are always happy to help.

Have been going here for a few years - prices are always inconsistent but normally still reasonable. Last visit was quoted over $100 more for my car which was no dirtier than any other visit, told the woman politely no thanks the price has gone up too much only to be spoke to rudely by her and other staff. They have definitely lost a regular customer, I won’t be going back

Got quoted $450 to clean the inside of my ute. Don't get me wrong, the cab was dusty as after camping, but $450 is a joke. The price was increased because the car was dirty but it's a car wash... people don't take clean cars to a car wash.

So rude and I don’t know how this place is still in business. I asked for the advertised $50 in and out basic wash. The lady said it would be $180! I asked why and she said it’s because your car is dirty (my car is a garaged city car!) When I laughed in disbelief then she proceeded to shout in my face to go away and “f off”. Cairns Central you need to do something about the behaviour of this business.

WHAT A. SCAM….. Took my wife’s 1 year old car in. It was at best dusty from sitting under carport for 3 weeks from last wash. I decided to lash out and go for the $120 mini detail. Then this lady walks around the car with a torch and ask for $170! I asked why it was not the advertised price, she told me cause it was dirty!! It was not and it’s a car wash! I would report to the ACCC but too lazy… so wrote this instead.

Rip off at Cairns Central. Mt Sheridan, Earlville car park wash is half the price, much better job. Borderline scam this one.

Disgusting attitude and service. They were so rude when I pulled in and then over quoted. I told her I can get it done for half that price somewhere else and she said go there then". I read the bad reviews but thought I would try and chance it. NO WAY they will get any money from me!!"

This place is disappointing, after reading some good reviews I came to get a inside and out clean, I was told my car needed a $900 cut and polish because it had water marks that had eaten into the paints clear coat. My new Volvo did have some water marks from the drive up from Melbourne but not $900 dollars worth nor did it need a machine cut and polish which I doubt they could even do in the car park. Also, apparently I needed the car's glass windows and windscreen replaced because they couldn't clean the water marks off. I left unimpressed and went to another place for their $120 platinum clean which returned my new car to showroom condition. Sorry guys I'm too clever not to be ripped off by you!!!
