I had been to the Coffee Club at Broadmeadows and expected a similar quality of coffee, food and service.Unfortunately none of the above apply at Airport West.The coffee looked and tasted like the same coffee had been through the machine a few times - unpalatable and not consumed.Items on the menu not available after purchase (chips)Hate leaving negative reviews but I feel I am not the only disappointed customer and the brand can damaged.

Went here and ordered a coffee and a vanilla slice to have in. Had to return the vanilla slice as it tasted off. When I went to the counter and asked if it was fresh from today, I was told that it was fresh yesterday. Said that it had been frozen and thawed out. They were happy to give me a refund, which I did appreciate. Atmosphere is dated. I'm not sure I will be back.

Worst breakfast ever. Food came out, no cutlery... how do I eat, with my hands? I asked for cutlery and I got a blank stare...asked if there was any hand sanitiser, got a blank stare, where was I, on another planet? Waste of money and food was an absolute joke. Sell up, or pick up your game.

Coffee was bitter. Sent it back. Service was appalling. Had to ask for utensils. Was served warm “iced” tea. When asked for glasses of ice only one was given with a side of attitude. Salt grinder had table salt so poured out. Halloumi was paper thin and over cooked, snapping like a chip. Egg was fried to the point it was hard boiled. Chips were over cooked and all burnt. Not going back.

Never again. Got scrambled eggs, which were over cooked. One piece of cold toast, no butter or relish, and two cherry tomatoes cut in half and not even fried. Who basically wants to eat a salad at 9 in the morning, and to make it worse they could even speak English. Go there for a beverage but nuthin else.

The details needing to be entered on the QR Menu to order food were excessive. Several items on the menu were unavailable which were substituted. We needed to ask for the cost difference to be refunded. Hot chocolate was average at best and had to ask for marshmallows which were ordered.Breakfast dishes were ok". Gave 2 stars instead of 1 as the food did arrive promptly."

Delicious brunch, the relish was amazing and was the hero of the dish. Beautiful well made coffee also. A great spot to grab a quick bite in between your shopping trip.

I'm guessing it's new staff/owners running it. The coffee has significantly dropped in quality. It tastes like nescafe, it was far too hot to hold, the wait was about 15 mins for takeaway, and service was pretty bad. I shop at Airport West often but I won't be returning.

If you are going to run a business called The Coffee Club" at least learn how to make basic coffee. Both coffees we ordered were wrong but couldn't be bothered arguing with them as they had no clue. Food portions were laughable for the price. Definitely won't ever return."
