Such a gem to Vietnamese cuisine and Malaysain fusion. Very unique and interesting flavors pho. Mi goreng pho is quite sweet and not spicy at all. It took the flavors from ABC sauce in mi goreng with pho soup. Very nice flavor soup and serve with lots of seafood and bean sprout, lemon, mint etc. Laska pho is the best ever. Laska is not very heavy after cooked with pho soup and still have laska coconut flavors. This is my new favorite of laska since. The spring roll is very crispy and full of ingredients inside. This spring roll using rice paper and deep fried. It makes it even more unique than traditional Vietnamese spring roll. And they still serve with lettuce and mint and fish sauce mix, very traditional and yummy. The cauliflower snacks also very light ways of snacking. Chicken katsu bun bowl, dry noodle with salad is very interesting too. Chicken katsu crunchy bit not similar to Japanese style, but taste really good. They also have traditional pho and other menu too. Plenty of parking nearby. The restaurant is quite big, lots of outdoor seating and some indoors. Outdoor seating able to enjoy Vietnamese food with the coast view. Staff is very friendly. Ensure to bring mobile when visit. Customer required to order and paid via QR code. Will certainly come back and might visit their Geelong branch next time.

First time I eat food out of Asia that actually tastes like is made in Asian countries. Plus that, they are serving big portions, nice concept and atmosphere

Good option for pho and Vietnamese inspired food on the surf coast. Kitchen closes after lunch for a few hours before opening at 5pm for dinner service, at least that's what happened when we went on a Sunday. Reasonable prices and decent servings. Easy ordering system with QR codes at the tables. Friendly and efficient staff. Went after a long hike so appreciated the good eats! Can see how this place would get packed out in the summer!

We were recommended by a friend to have a meal here. It was worth it. Fresh, flavoursome food. Staff were nice. Although they do recommend to order using the QR code at the table so if you are a technology fobe ask for a waiter

While the flavour was good on most of the items we ordered, the spring rolls were very tough to chew and almost tasted stale if possible. The bread on the banh mi wasn't fresh but the fish in it was tasty! Overall kind of just salty and wasn't amazing and was expensive for what it was.

Went there yet once again - for us, Torquay visit equals Pholklore. They have indoor / outdoor seating - staff is super friendly. A variety of options to choose from - located facing the sea - their veg (spicy) and chicken pho is highly recommended. Large is good enough quantity for 2 if you like to keep it light

Hearty pho and delicious house made gems, each dish executed well, burst of flavors and not overbearing saltiness. Presentation is beautiful, the micro herbs make it perfect, my favorite viet fusion go to in Torquay, a must try. I had their classic pho, cauliflower popcorn, kingfish cerviche, pickled octopus (tangy), kingfish and chargrilled chicken rolls. Hand sanitizers available and friendly staff make it the ideal goto for your meal.March 2023: tuna on rice cakes delicious!

Had gone there for New Year’s Eve and best thing is we didn’t need to book in advance as this place doesn’t take booking. You just need to wait for a table to get empty. Food was lively the the cauliflower popcorn and spring rolls weee great. Laksa and Mee Goreng flavours were amazing for our likings and seafood was our option with generous quality for regular size.
