In my experience this is a very professional company, who have followed through with after sales care and customer support, as promised. Great quality equipment and fantastic service, even after some minor issues, the team were able to find a solution. I highly recommend this company and the products they sell.

When entering still half foot outside of the place , Waa already hassled by another covid freak that couldn't wait to tell me the rules ..... she told me to sign in immediately to which I did of course , however I did ask her can I enter your shop first before you start bossing me around ???

Waa asked to sign the entry book immediately which is fine , however I haven't even properly entered yet , just wish I was given an opportunity to do so before being ordered around from little miss Hitler lol

Can genuinely say I'm glad to have experienced some minor teething problems with our new tractor as the after sales service and follow-up has justified the moderate extra cost of going with a premium product (John Deere) over something I can't pronounce for a few bucks less. You can't go past these guys - unless you need something from the produce next door.Update; I can't update this review to show I'm a 2 out of 5 client or reviewer at best as I can't remember the name of the lady who coordinates customer service from the front counter - she deserves better. Had another minor issue with my recent purchase which was almost certainly my own fault soon after posting this review, service manager said they'd help me out with it which was great to hear and all but after about two weeks I dropped in 3 days ago on my way past to check on the progress. Entire staff* were clearly irritated that their self imposed goodwill gesture hadn't been followed through absolutely perfectly and assured me it would be followed up and resolved as a priority. All cool, I'll just pick up the part next time I'm over that way.Yesterday the gent who sold the machine to us turned up out of the blue. Replaced the part, removed the old component and cleaned up all the packaging etc.This review is not placed in the same name the purchase was. Now they probably can put 2 and 2 together but come on guys - surely you need to scale back your customer service? If you can manage this and still stay in business then what is everyone else`s excuse?* except one guy who was assembling or preparing a mower for display at the time. It's Saturday, I'm gonna go get a new mower there on Monday.
