The build quality is great and the communication with the site supervisor in the last few months was also great. The build timeline was excessive even though COVID and material shortages were a known factor. Both Jessica and Darryl were both fantastic to deal with and very pleasant.

Service was good although it did take a extended amount of time to complete our home I was satisfied that the team did what was necessary to complete to a good standard!!!

Built my home (or tried to) with Ideal Homes several years back. It took 2.5 years to build, well over the 1 year we were told. The process was such a long one, and no changes were able to be made to the plans, that I would not recommend using this company.

Did not end up buying with Ideal Homes as we bought an established house instead, but our agent Brent was so helpful and transparent throughout the whole process! Gave us lots of suggestions for the designing the house layout and also raised possible building issues for the land we were looking at. Would definitely build with them if we decide to build a new house in future.

The communication throughout the whole process was amazing, and even through delays due to Covid the end result is a beautiful home. The team here have been so accommodating to me during the build, especially working FIFO and not being in Perth that often, they often found ways to help me keep things on track as much as possible. Thank you for making my first home a beautiful one!
