Had to replace some weird and wonderfully old fly screen covers on rounded windows on a houseboat. Emma and the whole team were amazing. They turned them around in a week and the whole process from drop off to pickup was faultless, thanks team....

Would say the only positive I’ve experience I have had with Jayee Screens was then they were on time to do the quote. We were told there would be an 8-12 week wait on doors which we were fine with.The next day 10 minutes before close, we got a call saying that they have a few of our doors in their warehouse and can be installed next week if we paid a deposit. Due to our location we were unable to pay that day. The next day I called to pay - no answer. Business closed on the Sunday, so I called on Monday with no answer but left a message. Waited hours before a call back at the end of the day, with them saying they didn’t have the doors anymore. The deposit was then paid and we waited.I then got a call saying that the door was in fact ready and had been the whole time - despite them telling me they didn’t have it. They then organised a date for a final measure and came out for that. The following week came to install the door.I was told this was going to be a few hours. I changed my work around to allow for this. They were there for 9 hours to install a glass sliding door. One of the males was saying that the measurements were wrong, that we had changed something which we hadn’t. They had done 3 measurement prior to the install. I had to take the day off work to get the door installed.I was told the screen security door hadn’t been made as they had to wait for the glass door measurements (doesn’t make sense given they had it measured three times).When they left, it was clear the door was uneven, however after 9 hours I wanted them out of my house. I then sent images of the door on an angle. To their credit they did say they would come and fix it and get back to me to organise a date.I didn’t hear anything for almost two weeks, when suddenly I got a call from someone else at the business asking to book a date for the screen door as it had been sitting there ready for approx a month… I asked if they were going to fix my glass door first to which they claimed to have no idea about.I had to make numerous phone calls to them, left messages, sent emails all no reply. Finally weeks later I heard back and they make an appointment to fix the door. The install guy came out (one of which was lovely) and the door was fixed.Once he left I called about the screen and was told by the lady (who has been incredibly rude every single time I have called) that they didn’t have my screen.Finally weeks later the screen was installed. He fiddled around a bit and left. Seemed all well. But a day later I close the glass door and the locking mechanism snaps off the door hinge, with the screws snapped from the inside.Eventually someone came out to fix the door handle, however stated that I must have ripped the handle incredibly hard for that to happen; blaming me for it breaking; when fixing it was muttering ‘cheap Chinese shit’.I will not ever be recommending Jayee screens to anyone. I have been incredibly disappointed in their ‘customer service’. Rude employees, constantly changing stories and poor quality products.

Purchased 9 window screens and 2x security doors from Jayee screens. Many of the window screens were coming away at the seams within first few months. Front security door poor quality and screws keep coming out.Windows screen picked up to be repaired/replaced September 2022. Still have not been returned 8months later and no follow up from Jayee screen despite multiple phone calls from me. Customer service poor and quality of product poor. Do not recommend this buisness and will not use again

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They are very experienced in their trade and were able to help us with the issues we were trying to fix and had the parts we needed to fix them in stock.Very happy with their service and can't recommend them highly enough.

The job started well then it was discovered two windows were ordered in the wrong sizes and they forgot to order a security door but had already taken off the old one (lucky it was a back door). I had to wait a month for one of them and the other was done with four different sized architraves. When I alerted John to this his response was “that’s how they were”. They definitely were not different sizes and my builder can vouch for that. Fast forward 6 months the bathroom window looks terrible (see attached photos). A tile has been damaged and, again, they are not accepting responsibility. The reveals on the windows are different sizes but John doesn’t see that as an issue. I am really disappointed in the workmanship of the bathroom window and would NEVER recommend Jayee Screens to anyone. If they told me at the outset that the window was going to look as bad as it does, I would never have changed it. Unfortunately, they accept NO responsibility for any damage or stuff-ups they do. It's now been 12 months and the window is still not fixed!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I had experienced. They were quick to measure and quote but then I had to chase them up 4 times to get an install date.When they finally came to install they sent out a rookie who made holes throughout my door frame inside and out, left large gaps around the flyscreen which would fit my whole hand and the flyscreens on the windows didn't even fit.Took me 3 calls to get a manager to call me back.Got them back and still stuffed it up and it has been 5 weeks with no contact from them to finally fix it.They were recommended to me but I will never recommend them to anyone. Still have not had them back repairing. There is a reason they only have 3 stars on google.

I have been a Jayee Screens Customer for 30 plus years. I cannot fault their service workmanship and quality of products. All the staff are knowledgeable and easy to speak with. They have a well organised team for installation and repairs with appointments all kept. I recommend them for all your needs from doors to mirrors to screens. Local and great company.

Our flyscreens were 20 years old & in a serious state of disrepair. I contacted Jayee Screens & the whole process was so efficient from start to end. The receptionist organised for Robert to call me & he was so lovely & came to our house to have a look at our screens & then promptly emailed me with a quote.Jeff kept me updated in the organising of the pick up & delivery of the screens. And Ben who installed the screens was so nice and did an awesome job. The screens look fantastic & our windows look great & fresh again. A huge thank you to the whole team at Jayee Screens! Everyone was so lovely & friendly & worked so efficiently. We're so impressed with their professionalism & quality of work.

Peter installed with precision and expertise within 20 minutes and his manner was personable and polite. Screen door was measured by Robert who took into account the old hinge and triple lock placements so new latches were in clean area of door frame. Bond colour to match too. All in all great people and great product. Thank you, Helena
