Tegan is excellent at what she does and is a genuinely lovely human. Not once did I feel rushed or short-changed on treatment time so if you’re looking for some serious muscle relief, I highly recommend Tegan and These Hands.

Tegan is just too good and easygoing! The minute she opened the door, I liked her already. After the one-hour deep massage, I was so glad that I found her. Could feel more flexibility around my ‘dead right shoulder’ straight away and the muscles on my low back as well. Thank you Tegan:)

I've been to plenty of therapists before for issues, but now I've found Tegan I won't go anywhere else. She listens to my concerns, works to get me feeling better, and helps to explain what she's doing and how it could possibly help. I've dealt with muscle pains, headaches and a sciatic pain issue (that is now gone!) and getting remedial therapy has helped a lot, and I've learned about how I can help myself when I'm feeling the issues returning. Tegan is friendly, understanding and professional.
