Moved into a new house with a particularly strange internal lock that we had no keys for. It was stuck in the locked position.Though they had never seen the lock style before, they were able to not only decipher the lock but even went to the effort of offering additional keys before handing it back.To top it off, Emma was very friendly and helpful.
