Xspectations Hair Design

I came here today for the first time. They were so lovely and friendly.The hairdresser understood what I wanted and the hair wash was amazing too, the best head massage I've ever had. I was even given a beautiful coffee and didn't have to get up and rush off. Such a pleasant experience and wasn't too expensive either.

I’ve been coming to this salon for just over a year now and I will always trust the team to do an amazing job ! I always get my hair done by Emily and she is the most sweetest person ever ! She does my hair so well, I always get a full head of foils and they turn out amazing and last so long. The whole team is so friendly, they are constantly offering refreshments, asking you how you are etc. they have never tried pressuring anyone into buying all those expensive products - only what you need. You can tell this small business really values their customers and I would much rather support them then other big companies like Stefan -staff and service were an absolute nightmare. Highly recommend 10/10 !!!

Honestly couldn't recommend this place more I don't usually go to hair salons to get my hair done but I'm so glad I did go here all the staff are so sweet when through every step they need to take to get my hair from black box dye to a purple and black look and honestly never felt better gave me suggestions on my second trip there which was complimentary so they could make any changes and just touch base. Love, love, LOVE this place to bits and can't wait to go back again definitely 10/10 recommend

New to the area and having to find a new hairdresser was challenging. Gave one a chance twice, thought second time would be better having explained what I didn't like about the first cut. No, no better. Went to Xspectations and met Jo. Told her what I wanted - perfect cut. I felt 5 years younger walking out of there. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are great. All the staff are very friendly and pleasant. Was offered coffee but declined.

The ladies here saved my daughters 5th birthday after another salon failed her. We were treated with so much kindness and empathy as well as quick and efficient service. Have officially found a new salon for my family. The salon has a gorgeous and tidy interior with lovely staff morale. Thank you so much Xspectations!

The team is really lovely and do a great job. They are friendly and patient and explain the whole process. My hair always looks beautiful and I feel amazing after a visit with the team.
