Been a regular customer here over the years. They are the best in Brisbane. Luke and Nicole are fantastic at their job and they helped me secure my PS5. All of the staff are super friendly and professional at their jobs. The customer service here is exceptional.

Staff member blatantly lied today. After checking EB Games membership card purchase details for replacement warranty, was told last purchase was 2013. Went to strathpine and sales staff there could see my recent purchases on my card in 2022. After years of being a regular customer at Taigum, I am feeling quite annoyed and angry this happened. The woman with purple or blue coloured hair working at Taigum was not helpful or courteous at all.

Always have a 5 star experience at Taigum. Friendliest staff! And they don’t make you feel bad if you are trading in (Even if they are close to closing time) Served by Luke today and honestly received the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Lake also had served me recently and she is amazing too! Thanks so much Taigum team!

Would of given this shop 5 stars if I didn't witness the manager speaking to her staff member rudely and treating her quite horribly. The staff member was just trying to help me and was providing exceptional customer service, which she has done many times in the past. Yet today, while she was helping me, I witnessed her manager (i assume she was the manager) speak to her in such a demeaning manner, it was shocking. I would recommend further training for this manager. Maybe a short course in basic empathy and common decency?

Dropped in to EB on a trip to Brisbane. Didn’t find what I was looking for but Luke was an extremely nice guy who kept us entertained with stories of rodeo and living on a cattle station in the outback. Great guy and great salesman.
