Had a worst experience there because of the old blonde lady at the cashier. The female pharmacist and other staff were fantastic though. The blond old lady at the cashier hold me for a looooooooong time and she told me lie initially that she couldn’t charge the bills separately for my private one and the one for claiming to insurance. I am a healthcare professional and never heard this before. So far I had experienced other issues because of her and I ignored them, but today she wasted my time too long!

The security guards at every chemist warehouse assumes everyone is just there to steal their stuffs which is not worth stealing because things are affordable. With no staffs to help around they think people are moving around to steal while they are frantically looking for what they want. It is frustrating.

Turned up just past 7pm on Saturday. My watch had just gone to 7:01. Door was just finished sliding across as I got there, which I have no issue with as we do the same where I work. A team member was outside and said we are closed, I explained I just had a C&C to collect, that I can’t collect it for another week if I can’t get it now and it will be cancelled as it will go over 14 days. Could have said unfortunate we are closed now but went and got it for me. People are too quick to post negative interactions about retail but this was great and he went further than he needed to. Thanks a lot!

Indian pharmacist today (wednesdat evening) refused to give me restavit for morning sickness after being extremely judgemental.... it's cat A and first line. Go back to uni and stop being so judgemental. Tried to call back to complain to a manager but no one answered.. how typical

Double check your receipt when shopping here because i usually find a different price than advertised on the shelf or online and the only reason i shop here is for the cheaper prices and location because the pharmacists are rude, inconsistent, slow and uneducated.Everytime i visit the pharmacist take their time before greeting me, even if there are no other customers, they then loudly question my prescription despite coming here for years with the same prescription from the same GP, they don’t seem to care that i have to explain my medical condition with other customers crowding around, sometimes they tell me they don’t stock my medication and when i remind them i have been filling my prescription here for years they ‘suddenly’ do stock it. Sometimes they suggest me buying my medication in bulk to save and other times they have refused to fill my prescription because i’m ONE day early, it’s so inconsistent and i have to prepare myself for the stress of shopping here.The staff at the register are usually friendly but they need more staff as the shelves are always empty and a mess with boxes everywhere.

If I could give zero star I honestly would. Terrible customer service!!! I mistakenly bought QV lotion instead of QV body wash, i politely asked if i could exchange it to the body wash since the product is not used/opened. They asked me for the receipt but I didn’t have it so I showed them proof of purchase (card transaction) and asked them if they could reprint it for me . After it was reprinted they told me they couldn’t exchange because they have 7 day return policy. And today is the last day, so basically i can still return it even if they have 7day return policy. But then they still refuse to exchange it. Anton & 2 asian ladies from the cashier were giving all these non sense excuses . I understand people have bad and exhausting days sometimes, but it should not affect the quality of work and service . Very disappointing customer service.

I went to the pharmacist to ask a medicine at around 5:30 pm. A man with a long hair was in the counter. He was reluctant to answer my question. He didn’t explain me very well. Very unapproachable individual.

The old lady with short hair at the counter, very very rude and entitled, I was so sick went there to get some medicine, bought tea and toothpaste from woolies in front, while paying the lady asked me where i got those i said at the woolies, she treated me like a thief. Disgusting. She needs help.

The pale/western look staff (I think only 1pale+western look who work there) her curly long hair is mix blond and brown. That woman has a very bad attitude toward her job and customers. I live in Strathfield and I often visit that Chemist. Everytime I meet she works there , she ALWAYS upset , frustated and not helpful to whatever I or other customers asked.If she is not able or not willing to assist customers , I suggest her supervisor should consider the case and find someone else to work. She doesn't fit at her role or job she's doing.
