Trapeze yoga with Shannon is the absolute highlight of my daughter’s week! The studio is a beautiful, clean space with convenient and ample parking.Shannon creates a nurturing environment where the students can learn and express themselves freely and safely. I love that my daughter is not only building her physical strength, but also learning valuable mindfulness and meditation skills.Can not recommend highly enough!

Shannon is just so incredibly sincere in her dedication to the children and this life path. It’s very inspiring to visit her studio and she models compassion and calmness in her interactions with the children plus she is completely authentic. It’s been a beautiful experience to be part of Little Big Warrior.

My daughter had her 9th birthday party with Shannon at Little Big Warrior and her and her friends had a blast. Shannon was great with the kids, very patient, helpful and kind. The girls enjoyed the active trapeze yoga and making friendship bracelets. Many of them were begging to come back in the holidays. I would highly recommend this as a party venue for kids!! My 8 year old just finished her first term and she has never looked forward to any activity as much as Little Big Warrior Yoga! With Shannon's guidance, my daughter has started to listen to her inner feelings and emotions and put to practice calming techniques when she feels anxious or frustrated.We look forward to the next term after the school break!

Little Big Warrior yoga classes are engaging, fun, creative, interactive and full of wisdom! My 5 year old absolutely loved both the yoga party and school holiday workshop she attended.
